

Kwanzaa Crawl is a one-day event where people of the African diaspora join together to support the Black-owned Bars in their neighborhoods.

Thousands of Kwanzaa Crawlers will be divided into over 40 different teams, as they travel from bar to bar singing and dancing, dressed in whatever makes them feel unapologetically Black and beautiful.

Powered by sisters Kerry Coddett and Krystal Stark, through their organization, Operation Mobilize, Kwanzaa Crawl is a bar crawl that will take place on the first day of Kwanzaa, Wednesday, December 26, 2018 in Brooklyn & Harlem, New York. The crawl is focused on the social aspect of building community and aims to facilitate economic empowerment within our community.

Wear whatever makes you feel unapologetically Black.
It can be African inspired/influenced clothing, an HBCU sweatshirt, tees that say "Big Hair Don't Care," etc.
Dressing up is not required, but c’mon son. Be a team player. #UNITY
Pick your borough. Select your starting bar.
Each bar has a team leader who will guide you through the bars on the crawl. Don't try to do your own thing.
The crawl is about Black people moving together as one. #UNITY
All Access (Limited Quantity Available): All Access ticket holders gain entry to any participating venues, space permitting. If departing from the Meet Up Point, you will crawl with the team selected as your first stop.
